This course is based on Dr. Paul Lam’s Tai Chi for Rehabilitation.
It is meant for anyone who has had any physical, or emotional
setbacks, a loss of any kind or wants to feel better. It combines three
different styles of Tai Chi. Chen style is vigorous and sophisticated,
containing fast and slow movements along with powerful spiral
force. Sun style includes a unique qigong (life energy) along with
agile steps. Yang style has graceful and slow movements which
promote health and stress management. This trilogy makes a
complete package for people of any physical ability. This relaxing
set can be done lying, sitting or standing. With regular practice,
you will gain inner strength, stronger muscles, focus and Qi
(energy) relatively quickly.
