You may consider yourself an experienced chef, one that can skillfully plan a meal for two people or for an entire group. You may even be able to accurately estimate the amount of ingredients and cooking time you may need to prepare your meal. But what if you have to balance different meals at the same time? Are you capable of cooking a variety of diverse meals, carefully transitioning from one to another without hesitation and error? If you want to challenge your culinary abilities, this course is exactly what you will need to solidify your skills. Learn the techniques to balance fish and shellfish cookery with roasting and baking, frying and stir frying. Learn to prepare a classic Tuscan dinner while at the same time create a sushi dinner and design a German food extravaganza. Challenge yourself with preparing a morning meal and creating the perfect dinner for a romantic interlude. This course is designed specifically for food lovers that rally to a culinary adventure. Once you have completed this course you will be a highly seasoned professional in the methods of preparing an eclectic array of meals.
