Knowing the steps to repair and maintain a small engine can be a major benefit when it comes to finances and time spent. The same is just as true for maintaining high performance vehicles. In this course, students work with qualified, veteran subject matter experts to learn the inner-workings of these sophisticated machines. All work is done in a professional mechanic's environment. Throughout the course students will learn to repair drive trains and steering systems, fix cooling systems, and correct problems with braking systems. Students will learn to replace fluids, troubleshoot exhaust systems, and make repairs to the vehicle's frame and suspension system. The hands-on experience from this course will provide students with the foundation required to tackle more advanced instruction in vehicle repair.
