This course is for Food Industry managers and those responsible for following and creating a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HAACP) plan. Students assess their company's HACCP paln to determine its effectiveness and whether or not it identifies critical hazards. Students receive qassistance in reviewing their current plans to determine if any changes are needed sincethe last annual review.
Additinal topics include implementing identified changes.
