Cultural traditions and the place where grapes grow dramatically alter the taste of the wine. During this three-week course, students will taste the differences between Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet/Merlot blends sourced from two distinct geographical regions to decide which styles are most appealing. Students are requested to bring one Burgundy or Bordeaux type glass to each class and the instructor will provide the other as we compare wines side by side.
