In this course, our expert automobile sales instructor will take you on a ride to a successful career selling automobiles in person and on the Intranet. After covering the basics of sales by taking an online component, you will work side-by-side with a professional salesperson by handling actual automobiles, practicing your sales pitch and demonstrating your product knowledge. You will learn to make your customer feel comfortable throughout the sales process, handle objections, and conduct negotiations before gaining the commitment and finalizing the sale. Conduct actual walk-arounds of a variety of vehicles, both commonplace and exotic, and give test drives, practicing your sales pitch real-time behind the wheel of a car. Please note that you will need a valid driver's license to take this course.
