You have established a more thorough understanding of your leadership and team forming skills, creating relationships of trust, improving communications and nurturing a strong team spirit. In this course, students will continue developing skills within the framework of a round of golf, concentrating on critical thinking, problem solving and decision making, and managing conflict among team members. Students will identify team player types and learn how to work among types that may be at odds with one another. Brainstorming techniques will be reviewed as well as the methods to explore how different team members think. Team activities will include role plays to gain an understanding of team dynamics. By taking this course, participants will continue to improve communication skills in building and maintaining a team atmosphere and establishing mutual trust. Once completed, participants will be more comfortable assuming a team leadership role.
