Today's leaders need to be able to establish good lines of communication quickly and effectively. In this course, students assess their communication styles based on the Personal Style Inventory. Participants gain knowledge to identify their audiences, select appropriate communication channels and practice the communication skills needed for powerful and effective leadership.
