The ServSafe Food Handler Course is a complete-solutions path that delivers consistent Food Safety & Sanitation training to employees. The assessment is designed to gauge the knowledge and training that has been delivered through th ServSafe Food Handlers course. Individuals who receive a ServSafe Food Handlers Certification have successfully completed the course and have a basic knowledge of the topics covered in the program. The course covers five key areas:
Basic Food Safety, Personal Hygiene, Cross-Contamination and Allergans, Time and Termperature Controls, and Cleaning and Sanitation.
A textbook will be provided along with an exam Scantron with instructions.
