Understanding Sherry - This one- week course will be an amazing, tasting treat and make you wonder why it is not more popular. Sherry is a fortified wine made from vineyards in the south of Spain. You will be introduced to seve styles of Sherry: Fino, Manzanilla, Amontillado, Palo Contado, Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez and Cream.
