Introduction to Lean Six Sigma will
provide individuals with a basic
introduction and understanding of Lean
Six Sigma, its benefits, costs and tools.
The course will include: an overview of
Lean Six Sigma, the strategic benefits of
implementing Lean Six Sigma, the
philosophy of Lean Six Sigma, the Cost
of Quality, and an introduction to key
Lean Six Sigma tools and terminology.
Upon the successful completion of the
course the student will receive a
certificate of course completion. .4
