This one-hour cardiovascular strength-training
exercise class shapes and tones the entire body and helps prevent
osteoporosis. Students should bring a set of 2–5 lb. (each)
dumbbells, towel and exercise mat to class. (This accommodates
beginner to advanced fitness levels.)
