This course is designed for anyone looking to become a Real Estate Broker, Office Supervisor, Office Manager,Team Leader or an Entrepreneur wanting to learn how to run a Real Estate Brokerage. In this course you will learn how to create employment contracts, real estate laws, how to incorporate a business, marketing and recruiting employees and independent contractors for your Real Estate Brokerage. We will teach you about branding your business and various CRMs and other office management software you will need to manage a successful Real Estate brokerage. Learn the latest Real Estate brokerage technology to grow your team and manage your brokerage. Team leaders and Entrepreneurs are encouraged to take this course to educate themselves and their real estate team members about the important roles they play in todayfs Real Estate brokerage. In addition, we will teach you how to set up the Real Estate brokerage from A to Z, including providing you with start-up cost information and franchise information to help you decide on the direction you should take if you decide to open a Real Estate brokerage. Although everyone is welcome to take this course to learn the topics that will be covered, however you must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a NJ Brokerfs License: œ Have a high school education or equivalency œ Must have been a licensed full time real estate agent for 3 consecutive years prior to being eligible to take the N.J. Real Estate Broker Exam. œ To qualify for a broker's license an applicant must have a high school education or equivalency and must successfully complete 150 hours of prelicensure education. If you are an honorably discharged war Veteran with a service connected wound or disability find out how you may be eligible to take this course by applying for an experience waiver from the N.J. Real Estate Commission. This course may fill up quickly so sign up today. Pennsylvania Brokers wanting to take this course must get their waiver of the 90 Hour course approved by the NJ Real Estate Commission prior to registering for this course. This course is 1 of 3 classes in the Broker Series required to take the New Jersey Real Estate Broker State Exam. To complete the entire Brokerfs Series please register for this course and the General Broker 90 Hours course and Ethics & Agency 30 Hour Course. The Broker courses may be taken in any order. This course may fill up quickly so sign up today. To receive a completion certificate you must complete 80% of the course and pass a final exam. This course is also available for the NJ Real Estate Commission Continuing Education Credits.
